Study over 1500 years of traditional Shao-Lin history!
At the Shao-Lin Temple, they understood the importance of diverse training. Not only for unmatched self defense techniques, but also for optimum health and fitness.
Over the centuries the Shao-Lin Temple developed and adopted many unique fighting styles and training methods into their collective works. Eventually the Shao-Lin Monks were destined to become legendary for their unmatched practices.
Today those same training techniques are still being practiced the way they were hundreds of years ago!
At the Chinese Shao-Lin Center you have the opportunity to train as the monks did! In our classes we teach the traditional forms and training techniques that made the Shao-Lin Temple famous.
This brief list serves as an example of the diverse material taught at the Chinese Shao-Lin Center.
