Our Shaolin Kung Fu program provides an extensive and structured training experience in traditional Shaolin Martial Arts. Through our comprehensive methods, you'll master a diverse range of techniques and skills from various Shaolin Kung Fu fighting styles. You'll develop effective self-defense skills by learning both empty-handed combat and animal style fighting techniques. Additionally, training with traditional Chinese weapons will enhance your maneuverability, coordination, focus, and strength, deepening your overall combat knowledge.

 

As you advance in our program, you'll engage in the advanced training systems of Tai Chi Ch'uan, Pa Kua Chang, and Hsing-I Ch'uan. By integrating these styles with Chi Kung and Nei Kung (inner power) training, you'll unlock limitless potential in your skills, fitness, and overall health.
